Syspro in the United Kingdom seeks a seasoned Lead: Consulting & Solutions Delivery to drive the UK consulting and solutions delivery capability. You will lead, mentor, and scale the team, ensuring delivery quality and strong customer outcomes across engagements.

You will strengthen consulting capability, oversee value delivery, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and global standards to ensure sustainable growth and platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 10–15+ years of experience in professional services or consulting delivery within enterprise software environments.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing consulting or solutions delivery teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Syspro’s UK consulting and solutions delivery capability, ensuring high standards of consulting quality and customer engagement.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to Solutions Consultants and consulting team members across the UK region.
• Foster a high-performing consulting culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer success.
