EmPro Consultants in Birmingham seeks an Associate Director to lead the Consulting Division, overseeing client delivery, strategy, and cross-functional management of projects and mobilisations. Your leadership will shape frameworks and ensure high-quality stakeholder engagement across the group.

You will drive business development, staff progression, and financial performance while maintaining strong relationships with C-Suite executives and key clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in the Facilities Management (FM) sector.
• 10+ years experience in change and transformation.
• Completed studies to degree level.
• Consulting and project management experience within FM and the Built Environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects and mobilisations/transitions.
• Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• High level of integrity, EQ and ability to work with C-Suite level Execs.

Responsibilities

• Nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and project success.
• Support business development and onboarding of new clients; engage new customers.
• Develop project framework and commercial standards for the consulting business, including PMO and mobilisation frameworks.
• Grow the business by defining organisation structures, remuneration, and career progression with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales to manage pipeline, bids, and tenders; review CRM data and bid decisions.
• Ensure profitability and financial discipline; manage budgets, invoicing, and spend.
• Lead performance reviews and foster a high-integrity, high-EQ culture across teams.
