Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Collections Manager to design and scale in-country debt collection processes for business portfolios. You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle, working with internal teams and external agencies to optimize recoveries while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead strategy development, document procedures, and leverage analytics to improve performance. This role offers flexibility to work from home, in offices, or abroad within a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in debt collection within retail banking, fintech, or DCA.
• Experience creating and documenting collections processes.
• Strong understanding of debt portfolio management, sales, and restructuring.
• Good knowledge of business lending products.
• In-depth knowledge of local debt collection laws and regulations.
• Performance and relationship management with third-party providers.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and drive to automate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build of a compliant, effective debt collections process.
• Ensure collections process is efficient and compliant with laws and regulations.
• Own end-to-end debt collections for business credit portfolios.
• Optimise internal and outsourced collection capabilities using analytics.
• Document policies, processes, and procedures for debt collection and recoveries.
• Develop and refine collection strategies to optimise recoveries.
• Improve collection metrics and tooling continuously.
• Oversee debt collection agencies to ensure SLA adherence.
• Lead and execute sales of non-performing debt.
