Job summary

MPS is seeking a Global Cinema Support Coordinator to join our 24-hour frontline team. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and uphold our no-dark-screen policy across a worldwide cinema network.

You will manage the Trusted Device List and liaise with internal teams to inform cinemas about new products and services. The role is remote-based with London training and quarterly anchor days.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• 3 A-levels or equivalent.
• Fast-paced environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming queries and troubleshoot to resolve issues.
• Maintain and monitor the Trusted Device List (TDL).
• Keep cinemas informed about products and services.
• Support a global network of cinemas and distributors.
