Job summary

Freshfields is recruiting a Change Manager to join the MBD Global Operations team in Manchester during a major transformation. You will drive adoption of new technologies, AI-enabled tools and improved ways of working, ensuring change is clearly communicated and embedded across the business.

Responsibilities include creating adoption plans, delivering engaging training and working with product, CRM and IT teams to embed change throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting change, adoption or transformation activity in a complex organisation.
• Strong communication skills with ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Confidence building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage detail across multiple activities in a changing environment.
• Comfort working with data and insights to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change, adoption and engagement plans for Global Operations platforms and initiatives.
• Create clear, audience-focused communications explaining purpose, impact and benefits of change.
• Design and deliver practical training, workshops and supporting materials to build confidence and capability.
• Collaborate with product owners, CRM, Experience Management, IT and delivery teams to embed change activities across the project lifecycle.
• Use adoption data and feedback to measure progress, identify risks and refine activity.
• Build and support a global network of change champions and super-users.
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear updates, recommendations and insight on change readiness and business impact.
