Job summary

Freshfields is seeking a Change Manager to join the MBD Global Operations team during a transformation period. You will help colleagues adopt new technology, better ways of working and AI-enabled tools, ensuring change is clearly communicated and embedded.

You will develop adoption plans, create audience-focused communications, design training, and collaborate with product owners, CRM, IT and delivery teams to embed change across the project lifecycle while using data to measure progress and

Qualifications

• Experience supporting change, adoption or transformation activity in a complex organisation.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
• Confidence building trusted relationships and working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage detail across multiple activities in a changing environment.
• Comfort working with data, feedback and insight to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
• A proactive, collaborative and curious approach, with openness to learning new digital and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change, adoption and engagement plans for Global Operations platforms and initiatives.
• Create clear, audience-focused communications that explain the purpose, impact and benefits of change.
• Design and deliver practical training, workshops and supporting materials to build confidence and capability.
• Work with product owners, CRM, Experience Management, IT and delivery teams to embed change activity across the project lifecycle.
• Use adoption data, feedback and insight to measure progress, identify risks and refine activity.
• Build and support a global network of change champions and super-users.
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear updates, recommendations and insight on change readiness and business impact.
