Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is seeking a Change Manager within the Marketing and Business Development Global Operations team to lead adoption of new technology, improved ways of working and AI-enabled tools, ensuring change is clearly communicated and embedded to business priorities.

You will design training, create engaging communications, and partner with product owners, CRM and IT to embed change across the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting change, adoption or transformation in a complex organisation.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
• Confidence building trusted relationships and working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage detail across multiple activities in a changing environment.
• Comfort working with data, feedback and insight to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
• A proactive, collaborative and curious approach, with openness to learning new digital and AI-enabled tools.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver change, adoption and engagement plans for Global Operations platforms and initiatives.
• Create clear, audience-focused communications that explain the purpose, impact and benefits of change.
• Design and deliver practical training, workshops and supporting materials to build confidence and capability.
• Work with product owners, CRM, Experience Management, IT and delivery teams to embed change activity across the project lifecycle.
• Use adoption data, feedback and insight to measure progress, identify risks and refine activity.
• Build and support a global network of change champions and super-users.
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear updates, recommendations and insight on change readiness and business impact.
