Job summary

Freshfields is seeking a Change Manager for its Marketing and Business Development (MBD) Global Operations team in the UK. You will help colleagues adopt new technology, new ways of working and AI-enabled tools, ensuring change is clearly communicated and embedded to business priorities.

You will design adoption plans, create audience-focused communications, deliver training and work with product owners, CRM and IT to embed change across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing change, adoption or transformation in a complex organisation.
• Strong communication skills with ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Confidence building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change, adoption and engagement plans for Global Operations platforms and initiatives.
• Create clear, audience-focused communications that explain the purpose, impact and benefits of change.
• Design and deliver practical training, workshops and supporting materials to build confidence and capability.
• Work with product owners, CRM, Experience Management, IT and delivery teams to embed change activity across the project lifecycle.
• Use adoption data, feedback and insight to measure progress, identify risks and refine activity.
• Build and support a global network of change champions and super-users.
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear updates, recommendations and insight on change readiness and business impact.
