Job summary

BDO is recruiting a Business Change Manager to support people change, adoption and implementation for key AI programme initiatives. The role leads business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption to embed AI-enabled ways of working across the organisation.

You will work with senior stakeholders and delivery teams in a regulated environment, shaping rollout strategies, training governance and adoption metrics to maximise benefits realisation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change in large, complex organisations.
• Proven change management strategy and adoption plans.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders.
• Experience with technology-enabled change programmes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change management activities for AI programme initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and delivery teams.
• Assess impacts and develop adoption strategies to embed new ways of working.
• Design communications, engagement and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Drive business readiness across people, processes and teams.
• Provide governance and QA of training plans from third-party suppliers.
• Monitor adoption outcomes, identify risks and actions to maximise benefits.
• Provide change expertise to support delivery and sustainable change.
