Job summary

You will drive adoption of new technology, improved ways of working and AI-enabled tools, ensuring changes are clearly communicated and embedded to business priorities.

You will develop adoption plans, create targeted communications and deliver training to build capability across global teams, partnering with product owners, CRM, IT and delivery groups to embed

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change, adoption and engagement plans for Global Operations platforms and initiatives.
• Create audience-focused communications explaining purpose, impact and benefits.
• Design and deliver training, workshops and materials to build capability.
• Work with product owners, CRM, IT and delivery teams to embed change activity across the project lifecycle.
• Use adoption data to measure progress and refine activity.
• Build and support a global network of change champions and super-users.
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear updates, recommendations and insight on change readiness and business impact.
