Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a quality control or audit role with a strong focus on customer due diligence.
• Understanding of legal/regulatory requirements pertaining to CDD.
• Proven experience in managing and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with ability to identify, mitigate and communicate risks and issues affecting the organisation and customer experience.
• Ability to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of customer identification documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of files.
• Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in CDD files and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of CDD processes and support new procedures.
• Design and execute control testing to evaluate systems and processes.
• Assess automated CDD workflows against regulatory and internal expectations.
• Prepare QC reports and maintain records of findings and resolutions.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support QC activities.
