Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a CDD Operations Analyst to join the Enterprise EMEA team in a hybrid role. You will conduct CDD/EDD reviews for new enterprise relationships, assess ownership structures and source of wealth, and perform ongoing monitoring in line with regulatory standards.

You’ll collect and verify information from diverse sources, produce comprehensive risk assessments, and communicate findings to stakeholders while ensuring auditability and process improvements in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in CDD/KYC/AML within financial services or regulated sector.
• Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office per week.
• Strong ability to conduct screening for PEPs, sanctions and adverse media.

Responsibilities

• Perform CDD/EDD reviews for new enterprise relationships and document ownership structures, UBOs, and source of wealth/funds.
• Collect, verify, and analyze information from internal/external sources; prepare summaries of findings and risk.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring and trigger-event reviews; reassess customer information for regulatory alignment.
• Identify risk indicators and escalate to Compliance; maintain audit-ready records of review outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and documentation; propose process improvements to controls.
