Global Payments in Leicester is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join the CDD team, owning reviews of customer identification documents and risk assessments.

You will design QC tests, report findings to senior management, and help train the CDD team. A minimum of 3 years’ QC or audit experience with CDD regulatory knowledge and strong analytical skills are essential; leadership experience and AML tool familiarity are a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years in quality control or audit with a focus on customer due diligence.
• Solid understanding of legal/regulatory requirements related to CDD.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer identification documents and risk assessments for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to improve CDD files.
• Design and execute control testing of automated CDD workflows and reporting outputs.
• Develop training materials and provide guidance on QC standards to the CDD team.
• Prepare detailed QC reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
