Job summary

Global Payments in London is seeking a CDD Operational Performance Manager to strengthen our CDD control environment, ensure scalability and align with risk appetite. You will use data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, support decision-making and drive continuous improvement across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in assurance, quality or controls roles.
• Strong AML/KYC/CDD/EDD knowledge.
• Experience with design and operating effectiveness testing across manual and automated controls.
• Ability to lead thematic reviews, compliance assessments or assurance engagements from scoping to remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based quality reviews across Onboarding and Ongoing Monitoring.
• Provide expert challenge on complex CDD decisions and risk assessments.
• Identify systemic issues, root cause analysis and remediation validation.
• Assess automated workflows, system outputs and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Advisory, Delivery, Quality, Operations and Risk teams to strengthen governance and outcomes.
