Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a CDD Operations Analyst - Onboarding to join our Enterprise Customer Due Diligence team in the UK. You will conduct thorough due diligence on new enterprise customers, assess ownership structures, and document findings to support compliant onboarding.

You will also perform ongoing monitoring, assess sanctions and adverse media, and ensure records are maintained for audit and governance purposes. A strong focus on accuracy and stakeholder collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of CDD, KYC, AML or financial crime experience.
• Experience conducting screening and risk assessments for PEPs, sanctions, and adverse media.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence reviews for new enterprise customers, including ownership structures.
• Collect, verify, and analyse documentation from registries, filings and databases.
• Prepare reports summarising findings, risks and recommendations.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews of relationships.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support governance.
