LionHires Recruitment in Preston is seeking a Casino Compliance Manager to lead a cross-functional team ensuring Games meet global regulatory standards. You will bridge Casino Operations, QA, and Commercial to guarantee certified content and compliant market entry.

You will own the Compliance Portal, drive multi-market governance, oversee game certification, investigate incidents, and implement safeguards against GSP failures while pushing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in iGaming/online casino compliance, technical compliance, or QA, with proven experience managing and structuring teams.
• Deep understanding of global iGaming technical standards, game certification processes (e.g., GLI standards), and multi-market licensing requirements.
• Ability to balance strict regulatory requirements with commercial business objectives, particularly during new market scoping and launch phases.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience investigating technical breaches, managing GSP outages, and handling regulatory mitigation or player compensation processes.
• Demonstrated success in mapping, analysing, and improving operational or QA workflows.
• Experience overseeing internal tools, databases, or portals, and driving digital improvements.
• Strong organisational skills to govern multiple market rollouts and game releases simultaneously.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable operational steps for QA, Commercial, and Casino Ops teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of six and align with Casino Operations, QA, and Commercial teams.
• Oversee multi-market governance and game certification processes.
• Scope new markets and support commercial expansion within regulatory constraints.
• Own the internal Compliance Portal and provide regular stakeholder reporting.
• Investigate incidents, manage GSP outages, and draft regulatory mitigation reports.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
