LionHires Recruitment is seeking a Casino Compliance Manager to lead a multi-market compliance program in a fast-paced iGaming environment. You will manage a team of six, drive governance, and ensure all games meet licensing requirements across markets.

Focus will be on certification, incident response, and continuous QA improvements to support commercial expansion and regulatory adherence. Strong leadership and regulatory expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• iGaming compliance experience in regulated markets and QA leadership.
• Broad regulatory knowledge of global iGaming standards and licensing.
• Ability to balance regulatory constraints with business objectives during market entry.
• Hands-on experience investigating breaches, outages, or mitigations.
• Proven ability to map, improve, and optimize QA/workflow processes.
• Experience with internal tools, databases, or data portals.
• Experience governing multiple market rollouts and game releases.
• Strong ability to translate complex regulations into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor a team of compliance/QA specialists.
• Lead scoping for new market entries and support Commercial teams.
• Act as liaison between Casino Operations and QA for workflow alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end game certification and deployment to licensed markets.
• Develop safeguards against GSP failures and manage related incidents.
• Lead investigations into compliance breaches and regulatory mitigation.
• Continuously improve QA processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Establish governance across markets for agile regulatory compliance.
• Own the internal Compliance Portal and ensure it remains a central source of truth.
• Provide regular risk updates to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Evaluate and upgrade compliance software and systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
