Qualifications

• Carrier relations experience in mobile wholesale
• Strong understanding of voice routing, SMS (P2P/A2P), numbering/porting processes
• Excellent commercial and analytical skills focusing on cost, margin and revenue optimization
• Excellent communicator, highly organized, able to work independently
• Energetic, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth telecom environment
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate plans into deliverables
• Ability to build strong relationships with carrier, aggregator, and numbering partners and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound voice traffic costs and routing across carrier base, optimizing for quality, coverage and margin
• Own inbound voice revenue relationships with carrier partners to maximize termination revenue across routes
• Oversee outbound and inbound SMS traffic (P2P and A2P), including cost, revenue, partner and aggregator management
• Manage relationships with numbering partners and oversee MNP implementation and ongoing management
• Own MNP discipline including regulatory compliance, porting performance, and cross-functional coordination
• Negotiate all carrier/aggregator/numbering agreements and addendums including commercial terms, SLAs and technical requirements
• Monitor operational performance against contract across voice, SMS and numbering partners; manage SLAs and change requests
