Job summary
Airalo is hiring a global MVNO Partnerships Manager to establish and manage host operator partnerships, oversee market entry, and drive commercial success from negotiation to launch. You will collaborate with legal, finance, product, engineering, and core network teams while coordinating regulatory obligations and technical integration.
The role is remote and requires strong English communication, with international travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in mobile telco in a commercial, wholesale or BD role.
- Personally negotiated and closed at least two wholesale or MVNO agreements.
- Proven ability to build market business cases with Finance input.
- Experience presenting to leadership and host operator executives.
- Experience owning post-launch commercial performance and renegotiation.
Responsibilities
- Represent Airalo to host mobile network operators globally.
- Identify, approach and secure new host network partnerships.
- Assess MVNO/Light MVNO options per market and timelines.
- Build business cases with Finance and present to leaders.
- Negotiate MVNO, wholesale, and reseller contracts with operators.
- Coordinate regulatory and legal approvals for markets.
- Lead technical integration with OSS/BSS and product teams.
- Roll out new markets from readiness to first traffic.
- Hand over launches to NOC and run service reviews.
