Job summary

Seco is seeking a senior Marketing Activation lead to drive the activation and delivery of large-scale campaigns across markets and regions. You will lead cross-functional teams and external partners, shaping messaging and assets while ensuring delivery from concept to completion.

You bring a proven track record in integrated campaigns, strong storytelling, and a data-informed approach to optimize performance and business impact. This is a flexible Europe-wide role with preferred UK location.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading integrated campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Strong storytelling, messaging, and campaign development capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, incl. senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activation and execution of global marketing campaigns.
• Build and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including external partners and agencies.
• Develop campaign activation plans, content strategies, budgets, and timelines.
• Review and approve creative concepts, designs, content, and assets across channels.
