COSMO World Buffet in Manchester is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team and deliver exceptional dishes across global cuisines.

You will work in a fast-paced buffet setting, support the Sous and Head Chef, mentor junior staff, and help maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Passion for cooking and multi-cuisine buffet-style service.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section.
• Work across a variety of international cuisines in a buffet-style setting.
• Ensure all food hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
• Assist in stock control and kitchen organization.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Train and mentor junior chefs, helping to maintain consistency and excellence.
