Job summary

Recruit Genie in Manchester is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team. You will run multiple sections during busy services, prepare and cook dishes to exact specifications, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role requires at least two years of professional cooking experience in a full-service restaurant, a passion for quality food, and strong teamwork. Training is provided on Health & Safety, allergens, and hygiene to support your development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience preparing fish and meats to specification.
• Interest in learning across kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Run two different sections during busy service.
• Prepare and cook dishes as per Head Chef's specification across menus.
• Carry out prep work with excellent knife skills.
• Multitask and maintain cleanliness during service.
• Ensure health, safety and food hygiene compliance.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
