Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team in Manchester. You will prepare, cook and present dishes in your specialty while training junior staff and assisting the head chef to drive high standards of food quality and hygiene.

You will contribute to menu development, manage portions and waste, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Strong cooking skills across diverse cuisines and ingredients.
• Solid understanding of food hygiene regulations and HACCP principles.
• Ability to lead and train junior kitchen staff and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty.
• Train demi-chef de parties or commis and support the sous chef.
• Help develop new dishes and menus with the head chef.
