Job summary

COSMO Liverpool is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will manage a designated section and work with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure high standards and smooth service.

Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking to menu standards, maintaining cleanliness and safety, managing stock, and mentoring junior staff while delivering timely, quality dishes during service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a high standard of food quality.
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to manage stock levels and maintain a clean and organized work area.

About the Role
