Job summary

Global SaaS business is seeking a Bid & Proposal Coordinator to own the bid function remotely from the UK. You will lead RFP/RFI responses, manage timelines, and coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver compelling submissions.

You will collaborate with the Head of Revenue Operations, leverage AI to draft responses, and refine outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance and impact across global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Bid & Proposal management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive approach with strong organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires and tender submissions, coordinating internal stakeholders and timelines.
• Ensure high-quality responses are delivered on time.
• Review and refine AI-generated drafts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
