Job summary

SHI Corporation UK Limited (SHI UK) based in Milton Keynes is seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to join our UK and European bid teams. You will coordinate end-to-end bid activity, align with Sales, Solution and Commercial teams, and help produce compliant, compelling submissions.

This role supports opportunities across the UK, Europe and occasionally Asia-Pacific, with a focus on customer-focused messaging, win themes and document quality in line with APMP practices.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in bid management or bid coordination within IT services.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder bids with approval stages.
• Knowledge of UK/European procurement, tender requirements and eval criteria.
• APMP Foundation certification desirable; willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end bid lifecycle for UK/European opportunities and APAC activity.
• Coordinate timelines, structures, checklists and submission requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Contracts, Finance and SMEs.
• Contribute to qualification, win themes and compliant, well-written responses.
• Improve content quality using proposal libraries and feedback.
