Initiate Consultancy Limited in the UK seeks a proactive Proposal & Engagement Manager to lead the end-to-end bid process, shaping high-quality, compliant proposals and driving pipeline visibility.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure disciplined bidding with a clear strategy to improve win rates and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end bid processes and proposal development.
• Ability to translate client needs into compelling, compliant content.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver timely submissions.

Responsibilities

• Own the live bid pipeline and ensure accuracy.
• Lead end-to-end bid process from RFP to submission.
• Coordinate inputs from HTA, HEOR, Access and Evidence Synthesis teams.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and compliance in proposals.
• Drive continuous bidding improvements and asset management.
