Job summary

WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Bid Manager based in the UK to establish and lead a new deal and bid management capability, coordinating complex RFPs and tenders across EMEA and North America with APAC support as needed.

You will work closely with Sales, Pricing, Legal, and Service Delivery to ensure high-quality, commercially sound proposals, building scalable processes, tools, and playbooks, while maintaining an autonomous, AI-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating RFPs or tenders across multiple regions.
• Ability to work autonomously with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Pricing, Legal and Delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the RFP intake register and qualification process across EMEA and North America.
• Propose resource allocation to senior commercial leadership.
• Develop and manage end-to-end bid plans, schedules, gates and task assignments.
• Organise strategy kick-off meetings and prepare decision packs for stage gates.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery to align SLAs and feasibility before commitments.
