Job summary

WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Bid Manager based in the UK to establish and lead a new deal and bid management capability, coordinating complex RFPs and tenders across EMEA and North America with APAC support as needed.

You will work closely with Sales, Pricing, Legal, and Service Delivery to ensure high-quality, commercially sound proposals, building scalable processes, tools, and playbooks, while maintaining an autonomous, AI-first approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the RFP intake register and qualification process across EMEA and North America.

• Organise strategy kick-off meetings and prepare decision packs for stage gates.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery to align SLAs and feasibility before commitments.

About the role

• The Senior Bid Manager will establish and develop a new deal and bid management capability, acting as the central coordinator for complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders across EMEA and North America, with support for APAC as required.
• Based in the UK, the role will work closely with Sales, Pricing, Legal, Service Delivery, and other teams across the business to coordinate the end-to-end bid process and ensure the development of high-quality, commercially sound, and deliverable proposals.

RFP Orchestration and Qualification

• Owning the RFP intake register and qualification process, assessing scope, probability of winning, and resource capacity.
• Proposing resource allocation to senior commercial leadership.
• Developing and managing end-to-end bid plans, including meeting schedules, stage gates, task delegation, and deadline management across all workstreams.
• Organising mandatory RFP strategy kick-off meetings and preparing decision-making packs for each stage gate.

Contract and SLA Alignment

• Building and maintaining a global standard contract clause library and deviation register.
• Establishing the standard contractual baseline for each RFP and consolidating regional amendments into a single position for negotiation.
• Coordinating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with Service Delivery teams, ensuring internal approval of operational feasibility before commitments are being made to customers.
• Managing contractual terms and SLAs as part of an integrated negotiation process.
