We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Growth Team, driving inbound and outbound outreach to nurture leads and set meetings for our Sales team across the UK and international markets.

Qualifications

• Experience making cold calls and written introductions up to C-Level.
• A positive, can-do attitude, gritty and resilient.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong organisational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently to meet goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: research potential customers and create prospect lists; generate interest via calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualifying Leads: assess fit to ICP and buyer persona, asking questions on needs and budget.
• Outbound Outreach: initiate contact to set meetings for sales team.
• Setting Appointments: schedule product demos for Account Executives.
• CRM Management: keep records of outreach and bookings in CRM.
• Pipeline Management: build a pipeline and nurture leads not yet ready to buy.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: hand off qualified leads to Sales Directors.
• Nurturing Relationships: follow-up to stay top-of-mind.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: stay informed on trends and pain points.
• Continuous Improvement: refine outreach strategies based on data.
