MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc, seeks a highly motivated Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across Americas and Europe in Specialty Products. You will engage OEMs, brand owners, engineers, and partners to identify new applications and drive pull-through sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, Chemistry, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience required.
• At least 3 years in Business Development, Product Management, Strategic Marketing, or Commercial Leadership roles.
• Minimum 7 years of technical, engineering, application development, or industry experience.
• Proven success delivering growth in Industrial, Medical, Consumer Electronics, White Goods, Advanced Materials or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities directly with OEMs, brand owners, engineers, product designers, and ecosystem partners.
• Drive specification activities to include Films & Smart Surface Solutions materials in future programs.
• Secure AVL positions and preferred supplier status.
• Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Partner with regional sales teams to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Accelerate adoption of innovative technologies across targeted markets.
