Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Engineer to drive growth across our global chemical portfolio. This role blends engineering insight with commercial strategy to identify opportunities, develop customer solutions, and expand product and service offerings.

You will work with R&D, production, and marketing to position new products, support pricing strategies, and manage cross-functional initiatives from concept to commercialization.

Qualifications

• Technical background in chemical engineering or chemistry.
• Strong commercial understanding and market insight.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and trends.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities
