MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc, seeks a highly motivated Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across Industrial, Medical, Consumer Electronics, and White Goods markets in the Americas and Europe.

You will lead demand creation by engaging with OEMs, brand owners, engineers, designers, and ecosystem partners, shaping material specifications and securing AVL approvals to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, Chemistry, Business, or related discipline.
• Advanced technical or business degree is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities directly with OEMs, brand owners, engineers, product designers, and ecosystem partners.
• Drive specification activities to introduce Films & Smart Surface Solutions materials into future programs.
• Secure AVL positions and preferred supplier status.
• Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Partner with regional sales teams to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Accelerate adoption of innovative technologies across targeted markets.
• Lead customer workshops, technical presentations, and commercial reviews.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
