Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, strategy, or technical sales in embedded computing, semiconductors, or electronic systems.
• Solid technical foundation in FPGA/SoC, embedded processors, real-time systems or related areas.
• Ability to articulate system-level trade-offs across performance, latency, power, cost, and security.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute an EMEA business-development plan for Embedded applications.
• Develop relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors and partners.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, FAEs, product marketing, and R&D to advance opportunities.
• Lead customer discovery, understand architectures, pain points, roadmaps and drivers.
• Translate requirements into actionable opportunity plans with device families, IP, software and tools.
• Drive workshops, executive briefings, proof-of-concept discussions and design reviews.
• Create and maintain account plans, pipeline reviews and next steps.
