Job summary

AWD online is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive B2B new business and account development, with international exposure and travel as required. Based in the UK near Elstree, you will build relationships with prestigious clients, research opportunities, and translate product solutions into measurable revenue.

The role offers a basic salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus commission with OTE £40,000–£50,000, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in business-related field.
• Full, unlimited right to work in the UK (Essential).
• Full, current UK driving licence (Essential).
• Based within a commutable distance to Elstree, Hertfordshire (Essential).
• Willingness to travel within the UK and potentially internationally (Essential).

Responsibilities

• Research new opportunities and develop new business prospects across relevant sectors.
• Build and maintain client relationships using the company’s reputation and solutions.
• Support existing accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop product knowledge to articulate solutions effectively.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, engineering and support teams.
• Attend client meetings, trade exhibitions and events professionally.
• Support revenue development and wider market growth.
• Represent the business professionally with clients across the UK.
