MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our prestigious client to appoint a highly motivated Customer Account Manager to join their expanding team. You will maintain and develop relationships with current clients, respond quickly to requests and work to expand the customer base.

You will travel to Eastern Europe, hold a full UK driving licence, and bring excellent communication and negotiation skills to the role.

Qualifications

• Must have proven B2B sales experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Comfortable traveling internationally and liaising with clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with current clients.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to customer requests.
• Identify new opportunities to expand customer base and achieve sales targets.
• Provide quotations to win new business and report issues to Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service.
