Job summary

THG Ingenuity in Manchester is seeking an L1 Staff Technology Experience Engineer to provide global IT support across office networks, AV, and collaboration systems. You’ll install, maintain and troubleshoot workplace technology to ensure a seamless experience for colleagues and visitors.

Join a fast-paced, international team and contribute to large-scale tech projects, from room bookings to IP telephony and video conferencing, while delivering excellent customer service and strong problem

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support, workplace technology or AV support.
• Experience terminating low-voltage cabling and installing AV tech.
• Hands-on experience with AV and collaboration technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission speakers, amplifiers, mixers, displays, and video conferencing equipment.
• Support and maintain AV, VC and workplace technology infrastructure.
• Manage structured cabling and cable management standards.
• Maintain asset registers and inventory records.
• Provide high-quality technical support within SLAs.
• Assist with meeting room tech deployments and office fit-outs.
• Ensure seamless collaboration and workplace tech experience for end users.
