Qualifications

• 2+ years AV/conferencing experience in a professional services or corporate setting.
• Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco systems and SynergySky.
• Experience administering collaboration/room booking platforms such as Maptician.
• Proven ability to support high-profile meetings and complex live events.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site collaboration support contact and remote contact for international offices.
• Provide support for high-profile client events and executive meetings.
• Review room booking systems and calendars to prioritise workload.
• Prepare meeting rooms, configure systems, and test audio/video components.
• Troubleshoot live AV/conferencing issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Deliver support across collaboration spaces and ensure seamless remote-enabled meetings.
• Coordinate with organisers and internal staff to meet technical requirements.
• Maintain accurate operational data, reporting, and documentation.
