Brink’s is seeking a strategic Commercial Director to define and drive global ATM lifecycle services revenue. You will own the commercial strategy, lead major bids, and expand partnerships with financial institutions and enterprise clients, delivering sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial or business development leadership experience in a technical services, engineering, or asset lifecycle environment.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing complex, service-led commercial models.
• Experience working with enterprise clients such as banks, financial institutions, or infrastructure operators.
• Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin management, and contract performance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating in international or multi-region environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global commercial strategy for ATM lifecycle services.
• Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across refurbishment, repair, and managed services.
• Lead the transition toward solution-led, long-term customer partnerships.
• Own key accounts and drive pipeline growth, including major bids and outsourcing opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships across the ATM ecosystem and align with Brink’s AMS network.
• Ensure strong commercial performance through effective pricing, contracts, and governance.
• Align commercial commitments with operational delivery, customer value, and margin performance.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing commercial team.
