Brink’s Company is seeking a Director of Operations to lead end-to-end operational delivery for the UK business, including engineering, CIT, cash management, and facilities. The role requires transforming operational capability, driving cost efficiency, and sustaining high service levels across multiple sites.

You will build high-performing teams, shape strategy, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective services at scale.
