Job Title: Global Assistant Brand Manager AXE Innovation • Location: 100VE • Job Purpose: Are you ready to work on one of the most exciting brands in our business? Launched in 1983, Axe has become one of the most iconic male personal care brands worldwide. It is a cultural powerhouse, a leader in innovation, and a true cultural phenomenon. The brand’s ambition is to drive unprecedented penetration and market share gains, reaching €1.5 billion in turnover by 2027. The new Fine Fragrance Collection has been one of the most successful initiatives in PC and will serve as the benchmark for the coming years. Our vision is to become the most sassy brand in PC, delivering product innovations and advertising that are cool, bold, talkable, and crafted for young guys. We are seeking a Global Assistant Brand Manager to help shape the future of our deodorants business.

Responsibilities
  • Report to the Senior Global Brand Manager and focus on all things Axe Deos.
  • Innovation – Assist in crafting and implementing Horizon 2 & 3 innovations for the Deos portfolio, develop FOMO‑driving packaging and design for young guys, and create a robust product innovation roadmap. Own day‑to‑day project execution, leading project networks, finances, and innovation process management.
  • Engagement – Collaborate with top agencies and talent to produce culturally relevant content. Stay tuned to cultural trends, use creativity and execution skills to deliver successful campaigns in key markets.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration – Work with R&D, Supply Chain, CMI, Finance, Legal, Deploy, and external partners such as research agencies, design & communication agencies, and fragrance experts.
  • Global scope – Partner with Axe local teams in top BUs and key markets (MX, UK, DE, FR) to design innovations & communications, gaining deep insight into consumer needs and market dynamics worldwide.
  • Location – This role is based in London (100VE) and you will be working with a highly motivated, engaged team.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Brand Marketing is key.
  • Experience in Global Brand Teams and a strong understanding of Deodorants, other PC categories, or male brands is advantageous.
  • Consumer understanding – Immerse yourself in young guys’ culture and stay connected to them.
  • Data‑driven approach – Use data to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – Challenge the status quo and think outside the box.
