Job Description: Global Ambassador Programme Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum

Working Style: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in Bristol Office)

What You’ll Do:

As a Global Ambassador Programme Manager at Pure Electric, you will lead the end-to-end execution of brand partnerships with celebrities, influencers, and creative collaborators. From concepting limited-edition collections to sharing content across our social channels, you’ll be at the heart of our brand partnership strategy, creating highly engaging content that resonates across our digital platforms. You will also play an integral role in the marketing team, supporting go-to-market strategies on a global scale.

  • Build and nurture relationships with celebrities, influencers, and agents to bring meaningful collaborations to life and elevate the Pure brand.
  • Develop bespoke product designs using Adobe Illustrator (2D) and Keyshot (3D), translating ideas into production-ready concepts.
  • Liaise directly with suppliers (paint, decal, etc.) to manage timelines, samples, approvals and execution, ensuring premium quality and brand alignment.
  • Work with partner creative teams (agents, influencers etc.) to produce engaging, authentic content that is on brand and can be used on a variety of platforms.
  • Schedule content across Pure’s social channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and analysing performance metrics.
  • Oversee partnership and collaboration campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking from start to finish.
  • Support the planning and execution of global brand marketing campaigns and NPD launches, tracking performance, and analysing results.
  • Develop marketing materials with the creative team, including NPD campaign kits, event materials, presentations, assisting with schedule management and ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to across all assets.
  • Maintain the brand asset portal, ensuring it is regularly updated with the latest assets for all stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team, helping to ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

  • Written communication – Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create persuasive and tailored messaging across various platforms.
  • Agility & adaptability – Comfortable handling diverse responsibilities and shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced marketing environment.

Desirable experience (we still want to hear from you, even if you don’t tick all the boxes!)

  • Industry background – Prior experience in automotive, cycling, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Talent relations – Previous exposure to managing relationships with public figures, influencers, or celebrities.
  • 3D visualisation – Familiarity with Keyshot or similar rendering software.
  • Production coordination – Experience liaising with factories or suppliers on processes such as paint masking and decal application (working with pantone and RAL codes).
