Welsh Gymnastics is seeking a Performance Programme Manager to lead and evolve our high-performance pathway — from foundation to performance level. You’ll ensure it is athlete-centred, coach-led, inclusive, and aligned to international best practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design and delivery of performance pathways across all gymnastics disciplines
  • Supporting national coaches and developing the future coaching workforce
  • Managing squad activity, training camps, and selection processes
  • Championing athlete voice, safeguarding, and wellbeing
  • Working in partnership with Sport Wales, British Gymnastics and others
