The Enterprise team within REE provides start-up and skills support to students, graduates, alumni, staff, and regional entrepreneurs/founders. The team fosters an inclusive environment that enables these communities to explore possibilities, create solutions, build confidence, and turn ideas into societal, cultural, and economic value.
The team manages enterprise programmes, incubator space, pop-up shops, coaching, mentoring, funding/investment advice, scholarships, and workshops.
The Enterprise Programmes Manager will develop and deliver programmes that enhance the University’s ‘enterprise pathway’, providing space, mentoring, and skills development to entrepreneurs. They will manage existing programmes, including the Launch Space incubator, and develop new initiatives.
We seek a highly motivated individual passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and supporting start-ups. You should have experience delivering business support initiatives for early-stage ventures and an understanding of the tech/digital start-up landscape in the West of England.
This role is based at our vibrant Frenchay campus, equipped with modern facilities to support staff and students.

This is a full-time, permanent role, 37 hours per week, with a tentative interview date of 15 May 2025. It is available on a job share basis for part-time applicants.
The role is primarily campus-based (at least 60%), with some remote work allowed.
Salary offers will align with the University's guidelines based on skills and experience.
