Quince is seeking an experienced planning and forecasting professional to lead international expansion forecasting and replenishment. You will design and tune the planning logic, develop prototypes in Python/SQL, and collaborate with data and engineering teams to scale capabilities.

This role partners with a Senior Inventory Planner to deliver faster, smarter decisions and build a robust AI-driven planning foundation.

Competenze

• 5+ years working in or adjacent to a planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics function, ideally at a DTC, e-commerce, or multi-category retail business.
• Strong domain instinct. you've owned forecasts, sat with planners, and lived inventory decisions.
• Genuine working coding ability. Python fluency, comfortable in SQL, uses AI tools as a daily co-pilot.
• A real, articulable point of view on AI in planning.
• Working knowledge of forecasting techniques across the spectrum.
• Comfort partnering with data and engineering teams.
• Excellent communicator.

Mansioni

• Define the forecasting and planning method for Quince's international expansion.
• Build and ship the early versions yourself using Python, SQL, and AI tools.
• Partner deeply with the data and BI team to harden, scale, and productionize what works.
• Work alongside PlanIt and existing planning workflows to build on top of it where it makes sense.
• Develop and own a real point of view on AI in planning.
• Partner directly with the Senior Inventory Planner who operates the system day-to-day.
• Build the analytical foundations leadership relies on: forecast accuracy, scenario modelling, ad hoc deep-dives.
• Codify planning processes into systems or well-designed manual workflows.
