Job summary

RELEX Solutions seeks a Product Engineer to reinvent forecasting models and ship end-to-end solutions for retail and wholesale clients. You’ll own predictions from concept to production, collaborate across customer environments, and push AI-enabled tooling in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Understanding of modern forecasting and modelling methods.
• Proven track record owning ML work end to end, from concept to production.
• Enthusiasm for agentic AI-assisted engineering and problem-solving with AI tools.
• Comfort with ambiguity and no fixed process.
• Ability to make independent decisions and ship in weeks.
• Strong communication with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for customer work.
• Bonus: experience in retail or supply chain and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and improve plugin-based forecasting models end to end.
• Own forecasting problems from business need to a working model for a customer.
• Collaborate across multiple customer environments to generalize solutions.
• Use AI tools actively to enhance capabilities rather than passively.
• Operate with autonomy in a distributed team with no fixed playbook.
