Qualifications

• 8+ years in inventory, demand, or merchandise planning in a retail or ecommerce context.
• Strong collaboration across merchandising, sourcing, and planning teams.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UK/EU launch planning and replenishment for new products.
• Size initial buys, translate forecasts into PO recommendations, and manage lead times.
• Monitor sell-through signals and trigger replenishment decisions quickly.
• Maintain launch readiness artifacts and cross-market planning inputs.
