Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to own the global planning and analysis function for a rapidly growing SaaS business. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across multiple jurisdictions and currencies, partnering with Sales, RevOps, and People to translate plans into financial outputs.

The role requires building scalable models, driving automation, and delivering insights for executives.

Qualifications

• Experience building driver-based forecasts and scalable models.
• Ability to translate operating plans into controlled financial outputs.
• Proven capability in multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A team and establish scalable planning processes.
• Own budgeting, re-forecasting, and variance analysis end-to-end.
• Develop models for acquisition integration and scenario analysis.
• Drive management, board, and investor reporting with actionable insights.
• Automate planning workflows and implement AI-enabled analytics.
