Scale AI is seeking a Planning TPM to own program-level planning, translate demand into reliable production plans, and validate staffing for 1–2 priority accounts. You will reduce friction between customer requirements and delivery by standardizing reporting and ensuring scalable planning across accounts.

The role combines program management, operational rigor, analytics literacy, and strong stakeholder management to make account planning predictable and auditable.

Formación

• Experience in program management and operations planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytics literacy.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable plans.

Responsabilidades

• Own program-level planning and systems workstreams translating demand into production plans.
• Monitor Production Plan and Opportunity Forecast; act on demand changes.
• Review Production Plan weekly with Supply Ops and drive forecast accuracy.
• Create staffing requests and communicate staffing changes to Delivery teams.
• Stress-test staffing scenarios to inform hiring decisions.
• Design and maintain scalable planning tools and dashboards.
