Job summary

Voi is seeking a Site Manager to lead our Glasgow warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and high performance. You will manage the on-site team, drive process improvements and coordinate with regional stakeholders to optimise workflows and vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics or operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital work tools (MS Office, G-Suite) and data tools (Tableau).
• Curiosity about new technology and AI, with ability to use digital tools.
• Solid understanding of business management, finance and leadership.
• Excellent communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driver's license for Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure high performance in the teams across warehouses.
• Plan and structure workflow in field and warehouses, including shift planning, SOPs.
• Identify trends and create processes to improve performance.
• Hands-on maintenance and repairs of vehicles to extend lifetime and reduce costs.
• Act as a safety role model and maintain a safe work environment; manage people.
• Be the point of contact for external parties like 3PLs, landlords and staffing agencies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on screening, onboarding and training new team members.
